Gain technical and social-emotional skills while canoeing and making memories on the amazing Georgian Bay this summer!

Make new friends as you embark on a journey through the pristine beauty of Georgian Bay with a group of like-minded youth. You’ll discover the joy of flatwater canoeing in these challenging waters while developing a range of social-emotional skills such as resilience and self-confidence that will serve you well in school, work, and life.

Be mesmerized by the awe-inspiring rocks, underwater crevices, and lichens that are unique to Ontario’s inland ocean. Every kilometer of this distinctive shoreline promises heart-pounding moments that will be etched in your memory forever.

This course is eligible for a high school credit, PAD4O Grade 12 Healthy Active Living. If you choose to take the course for credit, the coursework will be done through activities, group discussion and analysis, and daily journal reflections.
