Gifts in Wills
A legacy gift is a planned future gift through a will by you to the people and causes you care about. A Legacy gift is something very powerful that you will be remembered for when your gone and makes a direct impact on the causes near and dear to your heart.
In 2021, nearly 70% of young people who participated in an Outward Bound Canada course were funded and would not have been able to participate without the generous support of our donors. By leaving a gift in your will to Outward Bound Canada, you will be offering the next generation of young people the opportunity to change their lives through challenge and adventure and providing them with a unique opportunity for personal growth, and the cultivation of resilience, leadership, connections and compassion.

Sample Wording:
To leave a specified percentage of the residue of your estate:
“I give to Outward Bound Canada, 2200 Yonge St., Suite 910, Toronto, ON, M4S 2C6, all (or _____%) of the residue of my estate.”
To leave a specific dollar amount:
“I give to, Outward Bound Canada, 2200 Yonge St. Suite 910, Toronto, ON, M4S 2C6, the sum of $_________ .”
